CLASSES

  • A style of yoga which incorporates a mixture of core vinyasa, ashtanga and lyengar. These classes create a flow which strengthens, stretches and nurtures the body. Each class is unique and designed to work with all body types and abilities.

  • Created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s; Pilates is now a very popular class to improve postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance strength. The class consists of low impact, strength, flexibility and endurance movements to enhance muscular control of your back and limbs.

  • High intensity interval training is an explosive high energy class incorporating alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This type of training keeps the heart rate up, burning more fat in less time.

  • A great workout to promote comradery, encouraging participants to challenge themselves to improve strength and stamina through military style exercises in an environment of trust and friendship. Boot camp consists of sports drills, weights, jumping rope, boxing, circuit and interval training.

  • A complete workout incorporating cardio equipment and weight training exercises, to improve overall strength, aerobic and anaerobic fitness. A great class for all fitness levels.

  • Circuit training is a combination of body conditioning exercises incorporating endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics with short rest periods. This workout helps to build strength, cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, using a variety of equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • The boxercise format ensures a great cardiovascular workout while also increasing upper and lower body strength and endurance and everyone’s favourite…. abdominal strength.

By far the most dynamic and varied exercise class, participants in boxercise can expect lots of fast punches, fun combos, cardio games & challenges, skipping and strength conditioning.

  • Yoga Fundamentals will teach yoga poses that build the foundation for better mobility, strength and balance, but instead of changing your body to “fit” the yoga poses, Yoga Fundamentals encourages you to let the poses meet you where your body is at right now. Yoga fundamentals will guide you through the essential components of a yoga practice: breathing, meditation, intention, asanas, and relaxation.

  • A functional, fat burning, mobility increasing workout for anyone and everyone to dramatically improve their fitness. It’s for beginners to elite athletes. Bodyweight only. Technique first. Big range of movement. Max effort. Less than 30 minutes. It’s everything you’ve got. It’s focusing on no one else, just you. Your max. Your workout. It never gets easy. You just get stronger.

  • Metapwr is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.

  • Thump is a fun boxing group exercise class for all fitness levels that utilises boxing techniques and drills along with bodyweight and cardio exercises to develop overall body strength and fitness. It is a great stress relief while getting a full body workout.
